Privacy Policy for LearnUp Centre

This Privacy Policy outlines how the LearnUp Centre mobile application ("the App") collects, uses, and protects user data. The App is designed strictly as an internal management and educational tool for the registered students and staff of our private coaching center.
This is a private, closed-ecosystem application. The general public cannot register, sign up, or create accounts on this App.
2. Information We Collect
Because this is an internal tool, all user accounts are created directly by the coaching center Administrators. The App collects and stores the following minimal data necessary for core educational functionality:
- Personal Identification Information: Full Name.
- Contact Information: Phone Number (used exclusively for secure OTP-based login).
- Academic Information: Class enrollment, exam performance, attendance records, and fee payment history.
3. How We Use Your Information
The data collected is used strictly for internal coaching center operations, including:
- Authenticating secure access to the student or teacher dashboards.
- Providing students with their academic performance tracking and study materials.
- Managing internal fee tracking and administrative logistics.
5. Public Registration is Disabled
This app is not for the general public. There is no functionality for an outside user to sign up or create an account. If you are not a registered student or staff member of our coaching center, you cannot access or use this App.
6. Data Security
We implement strong security measures (including secure OTP authentication and encrypted database connections via Supabase) to maintain the safety of your personal information when you access the App.
7. Data Deletion and Account Removal
As a student or parent, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. Because accounts are managed internally, to request data deletion, you must contact the coaching center Administrator directly (in person or via our official contact channels). Upon request, the Administrator will permanently wipe your profile, phone number, and associated records from the database.
8. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy occasionally. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App or via direct communication from the coaching center.
