Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 14 October 2026 | Last Updated: 14 October 2026

Our Commitment to Your Privacy:

At Propollo, we respect your privacy and are committed to handling your personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, when we share it, and how you can access, correct, or delete your information.

Propollo is an independently operated platform that helps users discover, research, and compare proprietary trading firms. Our services may include firm listings, comparison tools, user accounts, saved firms, reviews and ratings, educational information, and promotional or affiliate links. This Privacy Policy applies to the Propollo website at https://propollo.online and related services that link to this policy.

1. Who Operates Propollo?

Propollo is currently operated by an individual and is not represented in this policy as a registered company.

Platform: Propollo

Website: https://propollo.online

Privacy and support contact: propollo.online@gmail.com

For privacy-related questions, requests, or complaints, contact us using the email address above. Where applicable data protection law requires us to identify a specific legal controller or provide additional contact details, we will provide the relevant information.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide Propollo's features, manage user accounts, maintain security, and operate the platform. The information we collect depends on how you use Propollo.

2.1 Information collected through Google sign-in

You can register for or sign in to Propollo using Google where that authentication option is available. When you use Google sign-in, we may receive information associated with your Google Account, including:

  • Your name.
  • Your email address.
  • Your Google profile picture.
  • A unique account identifier.
  • Authentication information and account metadata necessary to establish and maintain your Propollo account.

The information received depends on the Google authentication configuration and permissions used by Propollo. Propollo does not receive your Google Account password through the standard Google sign-in process. Google handles the authentication of your Google Account.

We use the information received to create or authenticate your Propollo account, associate your account with your activity on the platform, and provide account-related features.

Google operates independently and handles information according to its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Disconnecting Propollo from your Google Account does not automatically delete your Propollo account or information already stored by Propollo. To delete your Propollo account, follow Section 11 of this policy.

2.2 Information collected through email and password registration

If you register using an email address and password, we process the information necessary to create and maintain your account, which may include:

  • Your email address.
  • Your account identifier.
  • Authentication and session information.
  • Account verification and security information, where applicable.

Authentication credentials are handled through the authentication infrastructure used by Propollo. We do not intentionally collect or store your email account password as ordinary profile information. We may process account status and authentication-related records to maintain account security, prevent unauthorized access, and support account deletion.

2.3 Profile information

Depending on the features available, you may provide:

  • A display name or username.
  • A profile picture or avatar.
  • A short biography or other profile details.
  • Saved firms, favourites, or watchlist preferences.
  • Other information you voluntarily add to your profile.

Profile pictures may be obtained through Google sign-in or uploaded by you, depending on the available functionality. Some profile information and pictures may be publicly visible on Propollo. Do not include sensitive personal information in a public profile or uploaded picture.

2.4 Reviews and ratings

Propollo allows users to submit reviews and ratings where these features are available. When you submit a review or rating, we may process the content of your submission, the rating, associated account information, and relevant submission metadata.

Reviews and ratings may be displayed publicly and may be associated with your display name or other profile information, depending on the design of the relevant feature.

Please do not include passwords, financial account details, identity documents, or other sensitive personal information in reviews or ratings. You can request deletion of your reviews and ratings through the account-deletion process described in Section 11, subject to applicable legal requirements.

2.5 Technical and security information

When you visit or use Propollo, our hosting infrastructure and service providers may process technical information needed to deliver the website and maintain security. This may include IP addresses, timestamps, browser or device information, request logs, error reports, and information needed to detect suspicious activity.

The exact information collected depends on the production infrastructure and its configuration. Propollo does not currently intend to use analytics or advertising-tracking systems as part of its website analytics. However, essential authentication, security, hosting, and operational technologies may still process technical information. We will update this policy if our use of analytics or tracking changes materially.

2.6 Information you provide when contacting us

If you contact us at propollo.online@gmail.com, we may process your email address, message, attachments, and any information you choose to include.

We use this information to respond to your request, provide support, investigate problems, and handle privacy or account-related inquiries. Please avoid sending sensitive information unless it is necessary for your request.

3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

Propollo is an informational and comparison platform. It is not intended to collect your trading account credentials or process proprietary trading firm purchases on behalf of those firms.

Unless a specific feature is introduced and appropriately disclosed, Propollo does not request:

  • Your Google Account password.
  • Your MT4, MT5, cTrader, or other trading-platform password.
  • Your proprietary trading firm's account password.
  • Your banking password or payment card security credentials.
  • Government identity documents or KYC records for the purpose of registering with an external proprietary trading firm.

If you register with a proprietary trading firm through an external link, that firm may request personal information, payment information, identity documents, or trading credentials directly from you. Such information is handled by the external firm under its own privacy policy and terms. Propollo does not automatically receive the information you provide directly to that firm.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information for purposes connected with providing and maintaining Propollo. These purposes include:

4.1 Providing account and platform functionality

We use relevant information to create and maintain your account, authenticate you and manage your sessions, display your profile and profile picture, save your watchlists, favourite firms, and preferences, provide firm discovery and comparison functionality, allow you to submit reviews and ratings, and manage account settings and deletion requests.

4.2 Communicating with you

We may use your contact information to respond to support requests, address technical problems, provide essential account-related information, and respond to privacy requests. We will not treat a support inquiry or account registration as automatic consent to unrelated promotional email marketing.

4.3 Security and abuse prevention

We may process account and technical information to detect unauthorized access, prevent spam and abuse, investigate suspicious activity, protect our infrastructure, and enforce our applicable platform rules.

4.4 Improving the platform

We may use information necessary to diagnose technical problems and maintain the functionality and reliability of Propollo. We do not currently intend to use analytics or advertising-tracking systems to profile users for marketing purposes. If that changes, we will update this policy and implement any consent mechanisms required by applicable law.

4.5 Legal and operational obligations

We may process or retain information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, address disputes, establish or defend legal claims, protect the platform and its users, or meet other lawful obligations. We do not use personal information for materially different purposes without an appropriate lawful basis and any notice or consent required by law.

5. Our Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing personal information, we rely on the basis appropriate to the relevant activity. Depending on the circumstances and jurisdiction, these may include:

  • Providing a requested service: Creating your account, authenticating you, and providing the features you request.
  • Consent: Processing for which you have given consent, where consent is the appropriate legal basis.
  • Legitimate interests: Protecting account security, preventing abuse, maintaining the platform, and resolving technical problems where this basis is available and appropriate.
  • Legal obligations: Processing necessary to comply with applicable laws or lawful requirements.

The applicable legal basis may vary by activity and jurisdiction. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent as permitted by law. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.

6. Supabase and Other Service Providers

Propollo uses Supabase for authentication, database functionality, and file storage.

Depending on the features you use, Supabase may process information such as account identifiers, email addresses, authentication records, profile information, uploaded profile pictures, saved preferences, reviews, ratings, and other information stored through the platform.

We use these services to provide the website's functionality, maintain user accounts, store relevant information, and support account management. Supabase operates under its own terms and privacy documentation. You can review its privacy information at https://supabase.com/privacy.

The precise hosting region, storage configuration, backup settings, and retention behavior depend on the production project configuration.

Other infrastructure, email, security, or technical providers may also process information if they are enabled in the production environment. We will update this policy if additional providers materially change how personal information is processed. We do not publish credentials, internal access details, or other sensitive infrastructure information in this policy.

7. Affiliate Links and External Websites

Propollo may publish promotional offers, discount codes, firm listings, and referral or affiliate links.

When you click an affiliate or referral link, the destination may receive information indicating that you arrived from Propollo. Depending on the provider's configuration, referral identifiers or cookies may be used to attribute a visit or qualifying transaction.

Propollo may receive a commission or other compensation from qualifying referrals. Affiliate relationships do not automatically give Propollo access to all information you provide to the external firm.

External websites and proprietary trading firms operate independently and are responsible for their own data-handling practices. Their privacy policies and terms apply when you interact with their services. We encourage you to review those policies before registering with an external firm, making a purchase, or submitting personal information.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Propollo may use essential cookies, authentication sessions, local storage, and similar technologies required to operate the website and maintain account functionality. These technologies may support:

  • User authentication and session management.
  • Security and abuse prevention.
  • Remembering relevant settings.
  • Maintaining application functionality.

Propollo does not currently intend to use analytics or advertising-tracking technologies. However, our infrastructure and third-party services may use operational technologies or process technical information. The exact behavior depends on the production configuration.

Where applicable law requires consent for optional cookies or similar technologies, we will provide an appropriate consent mechanism. You can manage certain cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential technologies may prevent parts of Propollo from functioning correctly.

9. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell personal information as a standalone commercial data product. We may disclose information in the following circumstances, where appropriate and lawful:

9.1 Service providers

We may allow relevant service providers to process information to support authentication, database operations, file storage, website delivery, security, and other necessary platform functions.

9.2 External websites and firms

When you visit an external proprietary trading firm or other linked website, that provider may collect information directly from you under its own privacy policy.

9.3 Legal requirements and protection

We may disclose relevant information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to a valid legal requirement, protect the rights or safety of users, investigate suspected fraud, or establish or defend legal claims.

9.4 Business changes

If Propollo's operation or ownership changes through a lawful transfer, restructuring, or similar transaction, information may be transferred where necessary and permitted by applicable law. We will not use these circumstances as general permission to disclose personal information for unrelated purposes.

10. Data Retention and Security

10.1 Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by applicable law.

The relevant retention period depends on the information, the feature involved, security requirements, provider configuration, and applicable legal obligations. Account information and uploaded files are intended to be retained while needed to provide the relevant service or until eligible deletion is completed.

Support correspondence, security records, and limited privacy-request records may be retained when necessary to address requests, protect the platform, resolve disputes, or meet lawful obligations. Exact retention periods for technical logs, backups, and certain provider records depend on the production configuration and have not been specified in this policy.

10.2 Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, and misuse. Security measures may include authentication controls, access restrictions, secure communications, infrastructure protections, and appropriate handling of account information.

The precise safeguards depend on the systems in use. We do not guarantee that any website or storage system is completely secure. If a personal-data breach occurs, we will assess the incident and make notifications to affected individuals or authorities where required by applicable law.

11. Account Deletion and Removal of Personal Information

Propollo provides an account-deletion option through the application's Settings. Account deletion is intended to remove your Propollo account and eligible associated personal information. It is not merely a sign-out or temporary deactivation.

11.1 How to delete your account

To request account deletion:

  1. Sign in to your Propollo account.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Navigate to the account-management section.
  4. Select Delete Account.
  5. Review the consequences of deletion.
  6. Complete the verification and final confirmation steps shown by the application.
  7. Confirm the deletion request.

The application may require explicit confirmation to prevent accidental deletion. If you cannot access your account, contact propollo.online@gmail.com for assistance with an account-deletion request. We may need to verify your identity or authority before proceeding.

11.2 What deletion is intended to remove

Depending on the information associated with your account, the deletion process is intended to remove or appropriately handle:

  • Your account and profile information.
  • Account-linked authentication records.
  • Uploaded profile pictures and other account-linked files.
  • Saved firms, favourites, watchlists, and preferences.
  • Reviews and ratings submitted through your account.
  • Other account-linked user content and personal information eligible for deletion.

We also intend to revoke or invalidate access to the deleted account and prevent it from continuing to be used as an active Propollo account. The precise completion of these operations depends on the relevant database relationships, storage objects, authentication configuration, and other systems involved.

11.3 Deletion timing

When you confirm deletion through Settings, the application is intended to initiate the deletion process immediately. The account should no longer be treated as an active account once deletion has been successfully completed. However, initiating a deletion request does not necessarily mean that every associated record, backup copy, or third-party record is physically erased at the exact same moment. Some operations may require additional processing or provider-side handling. We will not claim that deletion is complete until the relevant process has actually succeeded.

11.4 Reviews and ratings

When you delete your account, your reviews and ratings are intended to be deleted along with your account-linked personal information. Where a review or rating is stored separately from the main account record, the deletion process must also handle the associated record. Any information that must lawfully be retained will be handled according to applicable legal requirements.

11.5 Backups and third-party systems

Propollo uses third-party infrastructure to store and process information. Some information may remain in protected backups for a limited period according to the relevant provider's backup-retention and recovery procedures. Where individual deletion from a backup is not immediately available, eligible information will be handled under the applicable retention and deletion procedures, with appropriate safeguards. Deleting a Propollo account does not automatically delete information held independently by Google or an external proprietary trading firm. Where a provider independently controls its information, you may need to submit a separate request to that provider.

11.6 Lawful exceptions

We may retain limited information when required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to comply with a legal obligation, address a dispute, establish or defend a legal claim, or protect the security of Propollo and its users. Any retained information should be limited to the purpose for which retention is necessary and kept only for the appropriate period.

11.7 Account recovery

Account deletion is intended to be permanent once completed. After deletion, you may lose access to your profile, saved firms, preferences, reviews, and other account-related features. We may be unable to restore the deleted account. If you wish to use Propollo again, you may need to register a new account.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including:

  • Requesting access to personal information.
  • Requesting correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Requesting deletion of eligible personal information.
  • Withdrawing consent where processing relies on consent.
  • Objecting to or requesting restriction of certain processing, where applicable.
  • Requesting a copy of information in a portable format where this right applies.
  • Raising a complaint with a relevant privacy authority or grievance mechanism.

How to submit a request

To exercise a privacy right, email propollo.online@gmail.com.

Please explain the nature of your request and provide enough information for us to understand and process it. We may request reasonable verification before disclosing, correcting, or deleting personal information. We will respond within the timeframe required by the applicable law and explain any lawful reason if we cannot fulfil a request in full.

13. International Users and Data Transfers

Propollo is intended to be accessible to users worldwide. Depending on your location and the infrastructure used to operate the platform, personal information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence.

The locations in which information is stored or accessed depend on the configuration of the production services and relevant providers. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will apply the relevant legal mechanisms and protections.

The availability of Propollo worldwide does not mean that every country's privacy laws apply identically to every user or processing activity.

14. Children's Privacy

Propollo is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly intend to collect personal information from children in circumstances where such collection is prohibited or requires authorization that has not been obtained.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to Propollo in circumstances where it should not have been collected, contact propollo.online@gmail.com. We will review the matter and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required by applicable law.

15. Applicable Privacy Laws and Complaints

Propollo will handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy requirements. Depending on the circumstances, relevant laws may include Indian data protection legislation and the privacy laws applicable to users in other jurisdictions.

The application of particular laws depends on their scope, commencement, territorial requirements, and other applicable conditions.

If you have a privacy concern, contact propollo.online@gmail.com first so that we can review it. You may also have the right to contact the relevant data protection authority or other competent body in your jurisdiction.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, data practices, service providers, or legal obligations change.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date displayed at the beginning of this policy.

Where required by applicable law, we will notify users of material changes or obtain any necessary consent. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
